Do you offer volume pricing for employers?
Yes, and it is applied automatically. One operator is $59. Two to four operators are $50 each, five to nine are $40 each, and ten or more are $30 each. Set the quantity when you check out and the discount appears in your cart. There is no minimum and no quote process.
Can I track my employees' certification status?
Yes. When you buy two or more seats you get a team dashboard. It shows each operator's progress and completion status, and you can download each operator's certificate of completion and wallet card from it. You can add operators one at a time by email or upload a spreadsheet.
What compliance documentation do employers receive?
Each operator gets a certificate of completion and a wallet card showing the completion date and the three-year valid-through date. Employers keep the certificate on file as the record of formal instruction under 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6). The employer completes and documents the hands-on evaluation at the workplace. Team buyers also get a dashboard showing each operator's progress and completion status.
